3D visual measurement system

3D visual measurement system is widely used in the field of electronic manufacturing. Sanrui science and technology 3D vision measurement system, through high-precision 3D sensor to obtain the target 3D contour data, equipped with sanrui vision detection software, can achieve micron-level size measurement and defect detection.

relying on deep learning algorithm and high definition image processing technology, this system can automatically identify and analyze various defects on the product surface, such as scratches, cracks, stains, etc., with an accuracy rate of over 99%.
