
Camera Failure
1. Open the detection program and prompt that the camera cannot be found.
Troubleshooting method:
(1) Check whether the power supply of the camera is connected and whether the network cable of the camera is damaged. (Common faults)
(2) Check the NIC driver and camera driver.
(3) Check Nic parameters, camera and computer IP. (Common faults)
2. Camera disconnection and image black screen during use
troubleshooting method:
(1) the camera power adapter, the network cable used by the camera and the computer to transmit data is industrial-specific, the use of non-matching hardware will cause the connection to the camera failure, the camera disconnects during use, problems such as black screen of image and serious fever of camera during normal use.
(2) Nic parameters and camera bandwidth must be configured correctly (configured at the factory).
(3) whether the camera power line and the camera network cable are fastened.
(4) replace the camera network cable and check whether the network cable is unstable or damaged.
3. After the dual (multi) camera restarts the computer, one camera cannot be found.
Troubleshooting method:
(1) try to disable the NIC from the Device Manager, unplug the camera power plug-in, power on it two minutes later, and restart the computer.
(2) the power adapter of the camera, the network cable used by the camera and the computer to transmit data are industrial-specific, and the use of non-matching hardware will cause the connection failure of the camera and the camera disconnection during use.
4. Power off or forced shutdown during use, and no camera can be found after restarting.

Lens failure
1. The image becomes blurred during use.
Troubleshooting method:
(1) The small screw that locks the focal length on the lens is not tightened, and the vibration of the machine operation causes the focal length offset of the lens.
(2) the connection between the lens and the camera is not reliable, and the connection is reinforced.
