Light source failure

1. The light source is not bright.

Troubleshooting method:

(1) whether the light source power switch is turned on.

(2) Check whether the power supply voltage of the light source controller is normal.

(3) whether the light source is connected to the light source power adapter.

2. The light source becomes dark.

Troubleshooting method:

(1) the light source is a kind of consumable product with a service life. When the service time accumulates to reach the service life value, the brightness gradually declines, and the control knob on the light source controller can be enlarged, camera exposure time to increase brightness. When the brightness affects the normal use, it is recommended to replace the new light source.

3. The light source cannot be triggered or the trigger is abnormal.

(1) Check whether the wiring is correct according to the wiring definition circuit diagram of the light source controller and camera model. (If there is no wiring definition diagram, please contact our after-sales service on-site debugging personnel to obtain it)

(2) replace the light source controller or camera to try to test the light source trigger.
